Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Piuli does not collect your personal information. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. We only count, anonymously, how the app is used.

What stays on your iPhone

Your progress (the words you earned and where you stopped in a video), your feelings, your settings and any reflection you choose to record are stored only on your iPhone. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.

Anonymous usage counts

To know if Piuli is helping people, the app sends anonymous counts to our analytics service, TelemetryDeck: for example “a video was started”, “a video was completed” or “a reflection was saved”, with the app version and the type of device. These counts contain no name, no email, no location, no advertising identifier and nothing that identifies you or your device. They are never used for advertising, never sold and never combined with other data.

Camera and microphone

Piuli asks for the camera and microphone only if you choose to record a 30-second reflection. The recording is saved only on your iPhone, and you can delete it at any time in My journey.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled on your iPhone. No notification data leaves your device.

Videos and YouTube

Videos play in YouTube’s official embedded player, from the owners’ official channels. Piuli uses YouTube API Services. When you watch a video, YouTube and Google may collect data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. By watching videos in Piuli you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review and remove access through Google security settings.

Suggestions

If you send a suggestion, it opens your own mail app. We receive only what you choose to send, and use it only to reply and to improve Piuli.

Children

Piuli does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Questions: hello@piuli.app.
